N&S Contractor was founded by German Navarro to solve a simple problem landlords and homeowners on the Treasure Coast know too well: finding one dependable crew that can actually handle everything. After years of watching property owners juggle a painter, a floor guy, a plumber, and a handyman — and still end up with half-finished jobs — German built a company that does it all under one roof.
Based in Port St. Lucie, we serve rental homes, Airbnb units, and homeowner properties from Vero Beach down to Jupiter. Our focus is the work that keeps rentals rented: fast turnovers, durable repairs, and remodels built to survive tenant after tenant. We treat every property like it's our own investment, because for our clients, it is.
