N&S Contractor provides construction, maintenance, and repair services for residential rental and homeowner properties in our Florida service area. All work is performed under a separate written agreement or estimate that you approve.
Estimates
Estimates provided through our website or by phone are free and carry no obligation. Final pricing is provided in a written estimate based on the actual scope of work. We do not publish prices online because every property and job is different.
Scheduling & Availability
We schedule work during our business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Emergency repairs are addressed as quickly as possible during business hours. We are not a 24/7 emergency service.
SMS & Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from N&S Contractor about your project. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website. Liability for performed work is governed by the written agreement for that project.
